This is the essence of my cost controlling and production consultancy services. With my know how resulting from 30 years of production experience I help my clients through the whole process of producing a commercial.

It can start as early as choosing the right production partner, bringing the submitted budgets in line with the concepts for creative execution, working with the selected production company and the client throughout the preproduction period, supervising the shooting, and of course, crunching the numbers making sure the production stays within the planned budget.

The goal is not to arbitrarily make a production cost less by any given percentage but to ensure the client gets the commercial he envisioned to build his brand and pays exactly what he got.
